Think like a Vegan: What everyone can learn from vegan ethics, thinklikeavegan | Emilia Leese and Eva Charalambides | undefined

Dear Supporters,

We hope you had a good Festive Season and are looking forward to the new year.

We have been busy thinkers lately and have now added three new and very special rewards to our crowdfunding.

We are thrilled to host a very special mini London residence. Highly regarded, professional gourmet Chef, Emanuele Giorgione, will be joining us from Piedmont, Italy.

There will be two master cooking classes on 29 February and one very special Italian brunch on 1 March.

MASTER COOKING CLASSES

Join any one of two intimate master classes in plant-based cooking. Chef Emanuele will use ingredients and techniques accessible to everyone. His 20 years of experience will be at your disposal. We’ll prepare delicious, beautiful and nutritious plant-based food. At the end, we will sample the fruits of our labour. Bring your own apron!

Saturday, 29 February, from 10am to 1pm

Saturday, 29 February, from 5pm to 8pm

ITALIAN SUNDAY BRUNCH

If you prefer having someone else cook for you, then take full advantage of Chef Emanuele’s extraordinary London mini-residence. Join us to experience an intimate Italian Sunday brunch on 1 March. This might not be your Nonna’s cooking, but you’ll be just as well looked after and fed as if you were at hers. Who knows, she might even be envious!

Not your Nonna’s Italian Sunday brunch on Sunday, 1 March, from 1.30pm to 4.30pm

THE BACKSTORY

These events are very special for a variety of reasons. And the most important of which is Chef Emanuele’s incredible generosity

I met Chef Emanuele at a dinner hosted by Querciabella, a superb vegan and biodynamic wine. He and his team prepared an extraordinary dinner. The photo above is just one of those dishes. There were many more. It really was a memorable banquet.

Chef Emanuele and his partner Francesca, who is also a blogger, recipe developer and photographer, have not only supported Think Like A Vegan. They then contacted us with this mini-residence idea and offered their expertise, creativity and knowledge all to promote the book and push the crowdfunding ever closer to 100%.

Their generosity is multifaceted. They recently released their first cookbook and donated all the proceeds to an Italian doberman rescue group

Thank you Emanuele, Francesca and all of you for all you do!

With much love and gratitude,
Emi & Eva
