Dear Supporters:
We've introduced a new reward
Thanks to your support, we're able to introduce a very special reward: vegan Burns Night Supper.
Emi is delighted to bring back this very popular event for a third year!
Come celebrate Robert Burns' poetry, Scottish food and music in an elegant and cosy setting in North London on the anniversary of his birthday, 25 January 2020 at 7:30pm. There will be food, music, poetry reading and we will follow the traditional sequence of a Burns Night Supper (a program will be provided).
Menu
Welcome cocktail, vegan cock-a-leekie soup, vegan haggis, clapshot with whisky sauce, sticky toffee pear cranachan. Starter and Main are gluten free. GF options available for the dessert only if sticky toffee is left out. Please advise of serious allergies.
Tickets
Tickets are only available here on the book crowdfunding page. Just look for that reward on the pledge page. If you have already pledged, thank you!, and please consider upgrading to this reward level. Tickets are very limited.
What the press said
In 2018, The Telegraph named this event as one of the Best Burns Night Events in London and we had a super time, including high praise for authenticity by a Glaswegian guest. In 2019, our event was featured in the January edition of Focus Magazine and was also mentioned in Londonist as one of the vegan events to attend in January. That year also featured some of Burn’s more bawdy poetry. So, we never know what to expect!
This is one of Emi's favourite events of the year, so she can't wait to see you.
With much gratitude,
Emi & Eva
