I wanted to say a big, big, BIG thank you for supporting The Mab. Our first week of crowdfunding has been an intense but wondeful experience. It seems crazy that Eloise and I first chatted together about retelling the Mabinogion at the end of April, after the first month of lockdown, and here we are. We have eleven acclaimed authors, poets and writers to work on the book, a brilliant artist to provide illustrations, one of the best translators in the business, and now, as I speak, 180 backers, too.

The project itself is so exciting. An opportunity to retell the ancient stories of the Mabinogion and help a whole new generation of kids to fall in love with them.
