I am very pleased to reveal the cover design for The Ghost Camera. It’s not quite 100% yet, there might be tweaks, but we all feel this is very close.
Of course one of the aspects that never crossed my mind when I was coming up with the original idea was ‘what will the cover look like?’ It’s such a strange tale but firmly rooted in the world we all perceive, right here right now.
And it’s located in a town and surrounding area I know well, Oxford and the various satellite villages nearby. It’s where I grew up. And it features a main character who is very close to my age, the first time I’ve attempted that.
So I’m hoping that although the concept of The Ghost Camera is fairly outlandish and fantastical, there world it’s set in is very real and earthy.
We have finished the second edit, once again, it’s not quite 100% but it’s now very close. Writing and publishing a book always takes an age, The Ghost Camera is no exception but truly, it is moving in the right direction.
I can’t wait until you can read it, and I’d just like to say a big thank you for supporting this book.
