Hello Bottom lovers! 

 

We're twisting our nipples with excitement to reveal the cover for the Talking Bottom book AND the *trumpet sound* Sunday Fish Finger i.e. publication date! We've been working hard at it with the good folks at Unbound on the development edit of the book, finalising picture selections, receiving a fantastic foreword from a Bottom legend and generally falling on the text and giving it a good kicking like Chief Inspector Grobbelaar on Richie's testicles. 

 

We're especially proud of the updated cover which is inspired by the Bottom Live VHS artwork and it now features the sexy faces of the Hammersmith Hardmen themselves. ‘Give in... give in to your cravings…’

 

 

Obviously, we want the book in your hands quicker than it takes Eddie to plummet from the shop roof, but the publication process is a meticulous one. July 3rd has been set by Unbound as the date of release (OO-ER) which means you'll all be able to enjoy it in glorious sunshine! We're stiff, throbbing and spilling over into fish at the prospect of the book adorning coffee tables, steadying table legs and being used as the ultimate toilet companion next summer. Maybe it'll even be read faster than Richie tackled War and Peace!

 

Thanks for sticking with us through what was a nerve-wracking, pulse-quickening and ultimately gratifying experience for us first-timers (...in the book publishing process). We can't wait for you all to absorb the fruit of our labour – thanks again for backing us in our pursuit of talking utter, utter Bottom.
