Here’s an exciting update from us at Unbound: Serving Up ed. Zoe Adjonyoh will be published Summer 2025 – with the exact date to be confirmed in due course.

Given that a lot of people will be travelling, trying new foods, cooking for family or friends and attending street food festivals –summer is the perfect time to be having important conversations about food and community.

We’ve almost finished editing the manuscript and we now have a complete collection of brilliant essays that we can’t wait to share with you. Our next steps are to create the perfect cover for the book, typeset the essays into beautiful PDF pages and meticulously proofread them. We’ll share more important updates as we have them.
