Hello lovely Grand Dishes supporters! 

It's been quite some time but I wanted to reach out with some exciting news! I'm launching a podcast that was made during mine and Iska's Great Granny Roadtrip to the USA and I would love to share it with you. 

In Series 1 of 'Food Trippin', Iska and I hit the deep south of the USA to cook with 13 grandmothers. Along the way, we discover more about the US and its food culture. We get a taste of shrimp and grits in North Carolina, pies and hot chicken in Nashville and road-side dining in Mississippi. We continue onwards to a gumbo of food influences in Louisiana and then onto Texas for some real Tex Mex.

This podcast is all about discovering places through food. Other than burgers and club sandwiches, I really had no idea what American food culture’s all about. What better way to find out than going to the deep south?
