In these strange and challenging times I have been so touched to see the support for Lost & Found building to the milestone of 80%.  We do indeed need our Folk Tales more than ever - thank you all so much for backing the project.  We really are on the home straight now, and we couldn't have got this far without you.  Please do continue to share, the sooner we get to the finish line, the sooner we will be on your bookshelf!

In the meantime, I'm thrilled to be able to share a new reward level.  As a result of conversations with friends and colleagues - many of whom have pledged, you know who you are! - I am offering a Folk Tales writing workshop: Finding & Keeping.  It's suitable for anyone who is interested in working with Folk Tale and Folklore material.  You can bring along a work in progress or you can simply be curious in the process and want to have a peek inside my research and writing notebooks (see below!)  The day really is for anyone.

I'll be running it online, so it doesn't matter where in the world you are!  I'll be holding a morning seminar of 3 hours followed by afternoon of guided writing time - with the chance for 1 on 1 sessions within that.  The cost is £100 per student. There will be 6 students per class - and I'm offering 3 classes in total.  The first class will be Autumn 2020.

So if it appeals, do book sooner rather than later  - and remember you can do this by simply updating your pledge. There's more information on the Featured Reward link on the site and do feel free to ask me any questions in response to this update.  Hope to see you in the virtual Folk Tale world soon!
