Returns, Replacements, and Damages Policy

At Boundless Publishing Group, we strive to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their orders. The following policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, replacements, and handling of damaged goods. By placing an order with us, you agree to adhere to this policy.

Address Changes and Redelivery Fees

Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery address is correct and kept up to date in their account.

  1. Customers are liable to pay a redelivery fee for any reshipment requests due to an out of date delivery address, provided the order has been returned to our warehouse.
  2. If an order is sent to an out of date delivery address and is not returned to us or cannot be recovered, we will be unable to reship the order or offer a replacement.

Reporting Damages and Missing Items

Our warehouse team take great care in packaging your order to prevent damage during transit. However, in the rare event that your goods arrive damaged or an item is missing from your order:

  1. You must contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. For damages please provide photographic evidence of the damage, clearly showing both the item and the packaging.

  3. Without photographic evidence submitted within this timeframe, we regret that we cannot process any replacement or compensation for damaged goods.

Returns

Please note: We are unable to offer returns on international orders.
If you wish to return your goods, the following conditions apply:

  1. Returns must fall within our Refund Policy, and a return will only be actioned if previously agreed with our support team.
  2. Your order must not have been received more than 30 days ago.
  3. You must contact our support team at customerservices@boundlesspublishinggroup.com before returning an item so we can provide you with the relevant returns information. It is the customer's responsibility to securely pack and ship the goods back to us. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  4. Refunds will only be issued once the goods are received back in good condition. If the returned goods are damaged or show signs of use, a refund may not be possible.
  5. A return fee will be deducted from your refund total, this may vary depending on the number of items you are returning.
