Unfortunately international shipping is temporarily suspended.

This does not affect existing pre-orders.
What are your delivery charges?
Shipping is calculated at the checkout and varies depending on the total weight of your order, as well as the delivery destination.
All orders are shipped via tracked services where possible.
Customs Fees
Any taxes, duties, inspection costs and customs fees or expenses are not included in the shipping cost and remain the responsibility of the buyer.
Please note international shipping is currently suspended.
Can I change, cancel or return my order?
We strive to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their orders.

What is a supporter name?
To thank you for being an early supporter of a project, we provide the option of having your name (or a name of your choice) printed in a list in the back of the book. This only applies to selected pre-orders placed on this website.
Look out for the 'Supporter name' option at checkout.
How long will I have to wait for a book I've pre-ordered?
Thank you for your support - we know you must be really excited to receive your order!
The time is takes to deliver a book depends on what stage of the process it's in. The publishing process normally takes around 12 months from when the author completes the manuscript, but this can vary depending on the project. Keep an eye on the product page for updates from the author and our team, and for an up-to-date publication date. We'll always notify you as soon as you're order has shipped.
We try our best to make sure your book is delivered on publication date, but sometimes it might be a couple of days after, or even a couple of days before if you're lucky!
How do I delete my account?

Why has my pre-order been cancelled?
Boundless will be moving forward with the majority of Unbound's projects.
For the small number of projects that will not proceed, the Administrators will contact affected customers.
All enquiries regarding the Administration should be directed to unbound@opusllp.com
