Glen Nevis by Alex Murdin
Dear friends,
Well, The Green Hill is now out in the world, and it couldn't have happened without you. I am so grateful, and wanted to say thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for your support. It really means everything.
I'm now in that rather strange time when the book is going from being a private thing to a public one. I'm getting some lovely feedback (even from people who don't know me!) and I hope that readers, whether or not they have suffered a major bereavement, will find something to relate to in it. As I have learnt, grief is actually about the things that really matter: love, relationships, family and friends; these things affect us all.
I've got a few events coming up in Devon to talk about the book; at a couple of them I will be joined by Alex Murdin who did the illustrations; he will talk about that aspect of the book. It would be lovely to see you. Information on my website:
If by any chance you haven't received your copy yet, it's an idea to check you've confirmed your delivery address in your Unbound account. If that doesn't work, email support@unbound.com .
Thank you again.
Warm wishes,
Sophie
