Dolly was launched just over a month ago, and is doing very well. If you helped with the crowdfunding campaign, you should have received or been able to download your e-book copy by now. If you haven't, could it be because you didn't reply to the email sent by Unbound around 16th June 2021 asking you to confirm your delivery address?
Copies of Dolly are available in all good bookshops. if you have a favourite bookshop let me know and i will contact them to see if they are stocking it.
