I don't live anywhere near Dover. A "bluebird" in crowd-funding terms is an unsolicited pledge. Of course, I 'knew' both generous people. One is someone I haven't seen for 28 years, but I used to play rugby with. The other is someone I've never met, but we have been members of the same writing site (ABCTales: other sites are available) off and on for well over 10 years. But they were completely and utterly 'out of the blue', I promise you.

Anyway, as far as I know - and I have to say, I don't know very much, as many will testify - No Good Deed is due to appear in public and the real world in January 2021. At the moment it is sitting in a virtual pile waiting to become a final proof, but when that will happen, I don't know.
Thanks to all who have pledged/pre-ordered/sponsored/had faith in me, especially the second-time-arounders.
