Following the example of Brutalist architecture, the spines for The Blackbird will be exposed. All mesh pockets now complete, it's time to start gluing the sections together! We do this in the press you see below. 

Next we will lace them into a their matt black covers; a C19th process. In typesetting and binding processes we've tried to maintain the old and new that are present in the story as it swings beween cathedral and housing estate; 1941 and 2014.
