You are responsible for all actions taken with your User ID and password. Therefore we do not recommend that you disclose your Unbound password to any third parties. At your request, Unbound will deactivate your account and associated information from the active database. To make this request, email firstname.lastname@example.org. Information will be deactivated as soon as reasonably possible based on your account activity and in accordance with our deactivation policy and applicable law.
Your information is stored on servers located in the United Kingdom. We use safeguards to protect your personal information against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access and disclosure to protect your privacy, including encryption, 'firewalls' and Secure Socket Layers. We employ many different security techniques to protect such data from unauthorized access by users inside and outside the company. The data centres containing our servers are all SAS70 Type II certified.
Unbound does not store Credit Card Information. Credit card transactions are transmitted to a secure financial gateway, and we endeavour to protect the security of your payment information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. Credit card information is stored in an encrypted form by our payment gateway provider. Unbound does not store any credit card details.
