    Unbound co-operates with law enforcement inquiries, as well as other third parties to enforce laws, such as: intellectual property rights, fraud and other rights, to help protect you and the Unbound service.     In order to facilitate interaction on Unbound our Site allows you controlled and limited access other member’s information.

  5. Email Address Privacy.

    We do not sell, rent or lend email addresses for any other purpose than in direct association with your use of the Unbound service or as otherwise described in this privacy policy.

  6. Password Protected Access

    You are responsible for all actions taken with your User ID and password. Therefore we do not recommend that you disclose your Unbound password to any third parties. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personal information. For this reason, if you know your password has been disclosed to a third party, you are strongly advised to immediately change your password.

  7. Accessing, Changing and Removing Your Personal Information.

    We offer you the ability to review and change the information you manually provide to us by signing-into the Site and entering in your new information. You must promptly update your personal information if it changes or is inaccurate. Once posted, in some cases you may not be able to change or remove a public posting made on the Site.

    At your request, Unbound will deactivate your account and associated information from the active database. To make this request, email legal@unbound.co.uk. Information will be deactivated as soon as reasonably possible based on your account activity and in accordance with our deactivation policy and applicable law.

    We will retain in our files some personal information to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use and comply with legal requirements as is permitted by law. Therefore, you should not expect that all of your personal information will be completely removed from our databases in response to your requests. However, such personal information will be deactivated from member viewing and will only be available to selected Unbound staff if needed.

  8. Security.

    Your information is stored on servers located in the United Kingdom. We use safeguards to protect your personal information against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access and disclosure to protect your privacy, including encryption, 'firewalls' and Secure Socket Layers. We treat data as an asset that must be protected against loss and unauthorized access. We employ many different security techniques to protect such data from unauthorized access by users inside and outside the company. The data centres containing our servers are all SAS70 Type II certified.

    Unbound does not store Credit Card Information. Credit card transactions are transmitted to a secure financial gateway, and we endeavour to protect the security of your payment information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. Credit card information is stored in an encrypted form by our payment gateway provider. Unbound does not store any credit card details.

  9. Notice.

    We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on the Site. All amended terms shall automatically be effective immediately after posting on the Site. We will notify you in accordance with your Notification Preferences.
