Helen is the author of two books of poetry, Sudden rainfall (Perdika Press, 2014) and Unable Mother, pubished by V.Press in September 2018. Her writing has been published in the U.K., Europe and America, with award-winning essays in publications such as The Wales Arts Review, TLS, and Sabotage. She has taken on residences with The National Trust, and Loughborough University, and works as writing tutor, mentor, and judge for the likes of Poetry By Heart, N.A.W.E, and Writing West Midlands. Helen is currently editor of ‘Eighty-Four’ an anthology of writings on the subject of male suicide.
