Bottle one - A 25yr Old Aberfeldy Whisky. 20 bottles of this were taken direct from one Oak Hogshead cask in 2014 to mark the release of the album The Cellardyke Recording And Wassailing Society. This whisky is cask strength (approx 63% ABV), unchillfiltered and has no caramel colouring. This is the dram James drinks at hogmany with his family.
Bottle two - A 'Woozy with Cider' bottle of cider - bottled in 2006 to mark the release of 'Year of the Leopard' and 'Woozy with Cider'. 500ml 6.5%. This is one of only three known to remain undrunk (!) Should you wish to drink it, this is an English dry cider and is suitable for vegans.
