The editing continues...

Hello again everyone, and a warm welcome to my new supporters - Maureen Wilkins, Sakthi Norton, Riccardo Sartori, Pamela Hilton and Janet Lees.

Things have been a bit quiet around here on the blog, but that doesn't mean nothing is happening with the book.

In the middle of May I sent the manuscript off to the person who is doing the Structural Edit and then I went on holiday for two weeks, heart in mouth, crossing every digit and hoping all was well.

Since then the Edit has come back and I've been working on changes and adding sections which needed more fullness. I've been hampered by an eye condition which began to be apparent when I was away on holiday and this resulted in my sight being somewhat compromised - it has been like looking at everything through an oily smudge for the last six weeks. This has resolved at last and I'm hoping I can progress more quickly now.

Many, many thanks to all of you for pledging. I really appreciate it.

I'll be back with another update as soon as I have more news for you.

Best Wishes,

Natalie
