The Meal of Fortune Is Spinning

Up and running with the crowd funding for the Meal of Fortune

It's great to finally be up and running with the crowd funding for the Meal of Fortune. It's a comedy thriller where the worlds of espionage, arms dealing and cookery collide.  It takes it name from a spoof cookery quiz that I dreamt up years ago.  Sort of Ready Steady Cook meets Bullseye.  I hawked the idea round a few TV stations but no takers - I can't think why.  It would have been perfect for the Tuesday teatime slot on Channel 4.

But now, years later the Meal of Fortune finally gets a role in its own novel.  It's meant to be a fast paced comedy caper.  A bit like the Italian job, but not set in Italy, not a film and with a lot more about daytime TV.

Much more to follow but for now thanks to my first few supporters who helped to get the dial off that dreaded 0%.
