80% | Getting Close!
Only 20% left to go. We're getting there!
I have two small updates this milestone:
- Unbound just finished publishing the first two books of their Graphic Novels line: Grafity's Wall, and Reel Love. Look at how wonderfully produced they are. It makes me excited for what The Carpet Merchant will look like as an actual book. This hasn't changed since the beginning but I'm even more confident now that Unbound will be able to do the comic justice.
- Book-related behind-the-scenes is going steadily. Pages being remastered, transcript written, etc. I'm currently considering fancying up the cover, but we shall see what the design team thinks.
Anyway, thank you all so much for supporting this book and being patient as we gather the funds for its publication. We're getting closer to the goal now. Fingers crossed, we hit it by the end of this year.
There's still time to upgrade your pledge, or if you are or know a retailer/librarian, to obtain an exclusive discount for bulk orders. Please feel free to contact me if you need to customise a pledge.
Until the next milestone,
Reimena Yee
