The first draft has come back from the editors and I've made my changes and it's in for a second rinse. The cover still needs some work too, but progressing steadily.
In the meantime I've been watching 70s spook series The Omega Factor which turned up an unexpected skinhead/horror headbutt. 
The protagonist goes into a Edinburgh ghostie museum, the vaults I think. The episode is Double Vision and has something of a Don't Look Now thing going on. In the vault they're waxworks and creepy effects. One of 'em being a manic laugh I recognise from the start of Borstal Breakout. A bit of interwebbing reveals it is indeed and Sham took 'Lunatics Laughing' from this 1977 album every self-respecting kid had back then.
