Round-up: Book Excerpts From March 28 – March 30

Monday, 2 April 2018

Greetings, Quakers! (I'm not sure that's what that word means.)

Each weekday—and the occasional Saturday and Sunday—I'll be posting a short excerpt from ROCKET JUMP on Twitter. It follows that each week I'll post a round-up with links to those excerpts so you can find them in one place. Each round-up will build on the last, meaning if you missed an excerpt from a week or two ago, check the latest round-up to find both previous and current posts.

Below you'll find links to last week's excerpts, along with the text from each tweet to give you an overview of what the excerpts are about. If you've supported ROCKET JUMP on Unbound, please consider liking and retweeting these excerpts to help spread the word about the book's campaign.

Enjoy!

  • March 28: @romero talks the layout and aesthetics of #Quake's Introduction map in this excerpt from Rocket Jump, available for pre-order in hardcover on @unbounders.
  • March 29: If you're starved for ammo on a #Quake map, blame (or thank) Sandy Petersen @SandyofCthulhu. Rocket Jump is available for pre-order on @unbounders.
  • March 30: Forget about Shamblers. In #Quake, even the levels themselves are out to get you. Pre-order Rocket Jump in hardcover and/or digital at @unbounders.

You can help make this book happen. Please share it, and encourage your followers to share it, too.
