The Philosopher Queens: Manuscript Submission
It's been nearly a whole year since Lisa first went looking for an introduction to women in philosophy. Over an angry Twitter rant and tea (how we come up with most of our good ideas), we decided to do it ourselves.
Today, we submitted the full manuscript of The Philosopher Queens.
This book has been written by some incredible women that we have had the absolute privilege of working with. The hard work isn’t quite over yet, but we feel so humbled to have been supported by these writers who have given their time and effort to the project. We could not have done it without them.
This book is also only coming into existence because of our amazing supporters. Thank you again for making this a reality for us and helping to create something which we hope will inspire the future generations of women in philosophy.

Same here! I wish I had something like this in the midst of learning other things, but I already have people I'll gift it to in mind, including my nephew.

In 1984 I received my BA in philosophy, three and a half years of study and not one woman philosopher. Looking forward to finally filling that gap and getting the education I was cheated out of.

Hi! I was wondering what the approximate publication date is (so I can let my school know, as I continue to try to persuade them to pledge so you can come in for a lecture, before its too late)
