Virtually there! See what I did there?
Note to Boy will be published on 23rd July. Sadly, something - I forget what - has kyboshed any plans I had for an actual launch party but that doesn't mean we can't celebrate. A virtual launch will take place via Zoom on 23rd July at 7pm, courtesy of the lovely people at Mostly Books in Abingdon.
I’d love it if all you generous - not to mention patient - pledgers could be there. The canapés may be imaginary and the cocktails computer-generated but I hope you’ll be able to join me on screen. Just book your free ticket via Eventbrite.
The evening will include a celebrity interview. None other than the legend that is Paul Mayhew Archer, comedy writer, co-writer of The Vicar of Dibley and, latterly, stand-up comedian, will fire probing questions through cyberspace in my direction. There’ll be a short reading and we'll wind up with a Q&A, when you can ask your questions. Book-related and easy, please!
Really hope to see you there.
