One week to publication!

Hopefully by now you will have received your copy of Narcissism for Beginners, but if you haven't please let me know or contact Unbound directly because you should definitely have had it by now. Check your inbox first though in case you've overlooked the email asking for verification of your address.

And if you've already read and enjoyed the book (or even if you haven't) and are a member of Goodreads, it would be a massive help if you were to rate and review it there - just a rating would do if you don't like writing reviews. And once we're published on 9th March, it's possible to review on Amazon even if you didn't buy the book there.

I have quite a few launch events planned over the next few months, some on my own and others with Stephen May and in Glasgow, fellow Unbounder Ian Skewis. If you're in the vicinity and able to come along it would be great to meet and have the opportunity to thank you in person for your support. Most events involve a reading, a discussion about the book and a Q&A - the usual stuff.

This is what's planned so far. I'll post more info on my website ( and my Facebook page as it comes in and will update here too:

14th March - Todmorden Library (w. Stephen May):

21st March - West Dean Literary Salon (w. Stephen May):

29th March - Hull, Head in a Book (w. Stephen May):

I'll be leaving a 5star review on Amazon - I REALLY enjoyed this book - I wonder if there's a sequel or prequel in the pipeline :)

Why thank you Mark, and funny you should say that because there is indeed a sequel in the offing....set when Sonny's in his forties.
