At last we made it!  A huge thank you to each and every one of you for your incredible contribution. 

I hope you all have your copies now and are enjoying what you read.

It has been a huge act of trust to write about something that is not necessarily a subject we most want to think about - let alone read about. However, now it  is published I feel sure  it will find its own way and contribute to the positive change necessary in our attitudes to ageing and dying.
