Glorious foodie day in Ireland

Gather in my local town, Portumna, for a visit to the Country Market (similar to the Women's Institute in the UK), followed by a visit a couple of miles away to the gold-medal-winning cheese maker Marion Roeleveld, then a little way up the road to visit Dermot O'Mara at Sunny Meadow Farm to marvel at his naturally produced vegetables, his happy chickens and their eggs. After all this activity, a late lunch at my house, featuring produce from all these great food sources, plus baking from Clarissa Webb - perhaps her rösti-topped duck pies, featuring confit of duck, buttered leeks and made-that-morning puff pastry. Plus a signed first edition of the hardback plus the ebook and your name in the back of the book
