Thank you to all who made recent pledges. We keep moving forward but have still to find £6000 before publication.

Talks in schools are very useful not just for raising funds but for giving young people insight into a part of British history that they might otherwise never have. Do please let schools know that I am more than happy to visit snd talk about growing up during colonial times. It will surprise them especially as I am of a generation that is disappearing and one of very few that have written a book about this part of British history.

I remain optimistic that we will reach our goal. I apologise for the long journey but I remain optimistic
