PHOTOS OR IT DIDN'T HAPPEN! Heart of Glass launch/talk/reading, South Kensington Books Wed 18/7/18

We did it! You and me. Together. Missed it? No worries. Watch it here!

It's been a staggering week. Feels cultish and unbelievable to have my novel in a bookstore in central London, and not only that, in the same space as the iconic artist Frida Kahlo in a FRONT WINDOW display. Even Dave the manager of South Ken books was wearing matching T-shirt to Heart of Glass book cover, and matching roses placed on the table display. Everybody has gone all out to make this a big and special evening. The place was hopping, jammed to every square foot. After that, those who could, stayed on and we went for "Chinese" takeaway experience opposite the bookshop. I cannot think of a better way to end the evening.

After 70-80 rejections from publishers, you wanna go mad. If you're trying to get published, keep on keeping on. Never ever give up.
