A Feast of Folklore is in the oven (or at least editing)

Hello everyone!

Just wanted to update you all to let you know that A Feast of Folklore is one step closer to being in your hands. I have completed writing it and submitted it. This means that editing and the other stages of getting a book published can begin. I hope you all enjoy reading it as much as I have had in researching it. There were almost too many folklore food facts to fit into the book. Did I find space to talk about the ceremony of weighing the mayor of High Wycombe to check they have not been overindulging at the public's expense? You'll have to read it and find out.

I will not be celebrating submitting in the boozy way expected of authors. As I'm nursing a dreadful cold I will be employing the food remedies taught to me by my Nan - eggy bread and original flavour Lucozade. She claimed they are the best thing for an ill person and I believe her. All the best bits of folklore come from our nans.

Hope all's well and thank you so much for supporting this project. Without your help it never would have happened.

Ben
