1) Go back to the original Unbound prompt of May 9th  -- re-download

2) GO TO : http://help.unbound.com/unbound-for-readers/managing-your-subscriptions/how-do-i-download-the-ebook

You need to be logged in to their account to download the ebook, which you can do from here…
