Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I get my book delivered to?

We deliver to most countries worldwide. Enter your delivery address during checkout and we'll display the shipping cost when we know where to send your book.

How do supporter names work?

Every person who pledges to help to make a book gets their name included in a supporter section as a thank you as long as they pledge before the list closing deadline. If you want to add a different name, this can be changed in your account after you have completed your pledge.

Everything You Need to Know About Climate, Nature and How to Make a Difference is a short, incisive, and highly readable guide to the climate and nature crisis.

Matthew Shribman is a celebrated science communicator and environmentalist, who has been inspiring postive change through his online activism and educational films. He is also the co-founder and head teacher of AimHi Earth - a nature-first, curiousity-powered live online school. Their research found that there's a great thirst among the general public for clear, uncomplicated science communication about climate and the nature crisis. This book offers exactly that.

In four highly accessible sections, Everything You Need to Know About Climate, Nature and How to Make a Difference will equip its readers with knowledge, ideas and the confidence to be more climate-savvy. It'll debunk common myths about how the environment and ecology work, inspire understanding through vivid illustrations, and will offer tangible solutions that each of us can apply to our daily lives.

Created to appeal to readers of all ages - from your Greta-inspired niece to your climate change denying neighbour, this book is filled with irrestible facts: you'll learn how ice ages are like sleep cycles, the nuances of fossil fuels, how plants talk to one another, why our weather is destabilising, the global impact of rewilding, and how a greener world really does benefit everyone.

Climate change is real and its happening right now. For many of us, this sparks a need to do something. This book will explain why this is happening, what needs to change, and most crucially of all, empower you to make a real difference.

  • 16th November 2021 You never change things by fighting the existing reality.

To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete.

    So says Buckminster Fuller.

We need a planet equipped with the truth. And not just the truth, but how it all links together - a strategic map of the whole. From uncertainty and crises come brilliant ideas and solutions from those people who understand why things are going so badly wrong.

    The media and education…

    31st October 2021 COP26, Frogs & Soy

Did you know that there are more frogs on earth than there are grains of sand in the universe?

    This is a lie.

However, something that is true is that one of the most effective ways to reduce the global demand for soy is to switch from eating chicken and pork to eating soy? This is one of the things I'll explain in the book. Thank you so much for supporting it - it means the world to have…
