Good evening, everybody!

I realize it's a bit later than usual for the monthly post (courtesy of PhD work and COVID-related temporal disorientation), so hopefully some good news will make up for this: As of the end of July, Discarded has been in the capable hands of copy-editor Philip Purser-Hallard, and earlier this week, his first round of comments and edits were completed and sent back to me! The impending start of a TAship and the next round of PhD demands means that I unfortunately won't be able to really tackle these until probably the middle of September; regardless, I expect to have them done, and the draft returned for the next round, by the start of October at the absolute latest. I'll keep you all posted, as ever; meantime, stay masked and/or locked down as needed, and see you all next month!
