A good Sunday to all!
As the dashboard shows, some recent pledges have brought Discarded nearly to the halfway mark--and may likely push it beyond before too much longer! A huge shout-out to those who've joined in the campaign, and to those who've backed this work with kind words and (much-needed) writing and pledging advice!
Also, only two gaps remain in the edits/ new work for my current What-If project Cross & Flag: Awakenings, meaning that this novel may be ready for beta-reading a ways ahead of the 8/31 deadline! Should anybody want a first peek by flexing their beta muscles, just message me on Twitter, FB or Wordpress!
In further good news, as also indicated on Wordpress, my Civil War Alternate History novel Bloody Relations (now titled Kansas Troubles) is going through its final edits and formatting with Sea Lion Press! Only (slight) downside: According to the editor I'm working with, SLP usually releases a batch of works in two or more "phases" per year, and my book will be part of the second of this year's phases, which will be coming out in the period September-December, rather than August as previously thought. Fear not, though; this work will be out before the year is!
That's everything for August! Continue sharing and reviewing, and I'll have more news next month!
