Two questions regarding the Dave Hill autobiography.
1) Will the books that have been pledged and paid for be arriving in advance of the book signings?
2) If books are not purchased on the day from the booksellers (in other words they've been bought in advance from Unbound) will it still be possible to get them dedicated on the day?

Hi everyone, Dave is coming in to sign the books tomorrow (2nd November) and these will go in the post next week (w/c 6th Nov) so they should hopefully be with everyone before the tour starts. Many thanks for everyone's patience while we made the book.
