Line work edits
We've now hit March and I'm about to start getting on with inking. Over Feburary I've been editing the line work while balancing a few freelance jobs. Due to the nature of freelancing full time, I have to switch gears and work on other projects from time to time, espcially if the job is time sensive. However, thankfully those side projects are finished and today should be my last day on line work edits.
Overall, there's not been anything to change too dramatiaclly. An odd panel here or there that I've decided to redraw, but mostly its erasing little things and redrawing them. Thankfully, I've been editing and tweaking the book as I go. If something didn't quite look right while I was working on a page, I simple redrew it or changed it then and there.
As it stands the squential pages add up to 115 pages and I might be adding in a few more. There's an extra scene that I'm toying with, that's part of the opening of the book. At the moment, the book opens with Grace and then the wolf attacking the village, following Idris and Ava in the town. The extra scene would come before all of that and change the introduction to this world. As it stands, I really like how the book opens up, I'm just weighing up if its worth messing with.
Thanks for baring with me and all the support. I've got a very big stack of pages waiting to be inked and I'll have some more pages to show off over the course of this month
All the best,
