Hello!
You are one of the supporters of my Unbound crowdfunding campaign for my comic book The Confused CEO’s Guide to 21st Century Organisations (working title).
There’s been a delay of a few years (two kids, one pandemic). The book is now almost done (content wise), but little did I know that the publishing process will take ages.
So!
IN THE MEANTIME: CARTOON DOWNLOADS FOR YOU
I know a lot of you sponsored the book because of the cartoons that you get to download/use.
As a little thank you for your support and patience here is a collection of cartoons about the absurdities of modern management (some of which will be part of the upcoming book):

You can use them in your presentations, blog posts, social media posts. (Feel free to mention the crowdfunding project and the link https://unbound.com/books/confused-ceo/ so that I can get the remaining 19% crowdfunded).

ABOUT THE THEME OF THE BOOK
The cartoon book is a criticism of Tayloristic management practices and an encouraging nudge to accept the increasing complexity and unpredictability of the real world. Tone is critical, but not cynical and hopefully funny.
As you might, or might not, remember the other key idea was to explain some key new ways of working that help organisations deal with complexity. The key ideas are agile, design thinking, self-management and systems thinking. I will not explain these methods in great detail, but focus more on the key principles behind them. These principles are what usually set them apart from other, more “traditional” ways of working.
If you want to chat, I’m generally best available in the afternoons between 2-2.45 pm UK time. I can be reached via email: virpi@businessillustrator.com
