Unboxing and reviews

Hopefully this works... the obligatory unboxing video. Damn, I hate my voice! Anyway, I have some author copies now, which means your subscriber copies will be imminent and hopefully you'll have them in your hands well before they're in the shops. I've yet to see any reviews of the book, so I hope you'll all feel you can review it in all the usual places online when you've read it. Every little helps!
