Well that went well. No sooner had I decided on the date for the launch party for Why Do Birds Suddenly Disappear? than I discovered that my family couldn't make it that evening. Awkward. My apologies for the chopping and changing, but I do hope you'll understand under the circumstances.
So, even though the book will have been out in the wild for several weeks by that time, we've decided to postpone the launch gathering until Thursday July 5th. This might mean that some of you, who had already indicated your absence, might be able to come after all. Hurrah!
The plan is we get together in the Owl Bookshop (see what I did there?) in Kentish Town from 6.30 to 8.30, with the option of moving on elsewhere for food afterwards in one of the area's many fine fooderies.
