As I'm sure everyone here is aware, this project has taken far longer than we had initially anticipated, in some part due to the current Covid situation we all find ourselves in. 2020 was rough. It was rough for Greg, Matt and myself, it was rough for Unbound, and it was no doubt rough for all of you. We appreciate your patience with everything, but sadly we think you guys may need to keep that patience rolling over just a little while longer - but not too long!
After several revisions, we feel we're finally getting to the point that the book is ready to reach the printers - we aren't quite there yet, but soon! There's just a few more kinks to work out, but generally speaking, designs are being finalised and everything is coming together.
In all honesty, I personally regret how we handled our communications with all of you - we have been so wrapped up in multiple projects, it has been far too lax and we should have updated you much sooner. Seeing all of your names written out in the backer list pages made it really dawn on me just how many people have directly supported this venture, and put their faith in us to deliver. We can't thank you enough for that support, and your interest - it's hard to express that this was never something we believed would become a reality, and yet it is only a short time away from us.
With the project wrapping up and coming to a close soon, I will try to keep everybody informed of what stage the process is at and make sure that you are all made aware.
Hopefully I should get back to you in February with another update about where things have progressed.
