I just wanted to let you all know I am doing a free weight loss group for those who have pledged for a 'signed copy' or above of the book. I have launched a private Facebook group which I'll be adding you to shortly and the group will begin on 17th June 2019. If you have not received an invite then you may add yourself with this link:
