We have a cover for Why Did The Policeman Cross The Road? Yay!
Or, rather, the illustration for the cover. It's by the ever excellent Michael Kirkham and it looks like this (click on the image to see a larger version):
I like it a lot. Although, if I'm honest, I'm not keen on the font (we're looking at alternatives) and the strapline is a placeholder - it needs some work yet. I particularly like the little cartoons in the background as they all relate to specific stories that appear in the book. Zebras? DNA? Conkers? You'll find out what it all means in due course :)
In the meantime, I'm hard at work with Phil, my editor, honing the book down into the sharpest, snappiest, and most entertaining read that we can make it. And it's going really well so far. I'm very excited about this book getting out into the wild.
