I'm a novelist, writer and performer with a penchant for the unsettling, the grotesque and a weakness for rhyme. Also, I've never eaten a banana.
I graduated in 2009 from London Metropolitan University, having received a first class honours degree in Creative Writing, finishing within the university's top 50 students. My work was short listed and published three times in the annual University Student Anthology, and in my second year I won the Sandra Ashman award for my poem Mother Theresa in the Winner’s Enclosure.
I have subsequently had work published in Succour Magazine and Brand Magazine.
In July 2015 my book The Menagerie -a fairy tale (with asides), illustrated by Jon Attfield, was launched.
I am currently moving towards the publication of a full-length novel through Unbound. In addition to this, I write, co-produce and host award winning London cabaret night The Double R Club.
Seriously, never eaten a banana.
